A modular platform built around official company information
K-Check organises company data into clearly defined modules. Each module focuses on a specific area — identity, financial signals, ownership, risk events or monitoring — and can be used independently or combined with others.
This structure supports teams that need consistent, cross-border information for onboarding, compliance, credit analysis, vendor checks or portfolio monitoring.
Company Profiles
Structured company identities including legal name, identifiers, registration data, status, address, sector codes and contact details where available. Normalised across jurisdictions for comparability.
View details →Credit & Risk Indicators
Selected financial data, public risk signals and jurisdiction-specific negative indicators that help support risk assessments, credit decisions or internal scoring frameworks.
View details →Monitoring & Alerts
Automated tracking of selected changes in company status, filings, insolvency events or other relevant updates. Alerts can be reviewed in the interface or integrated via API.
View details →UBO & Ownership
Where official registers publish ownership data, K-Check reconstructs shareholder chains and beneficial ownership structures. Helps analyse control, group relationships and regulatory UBO requirements.
View details →PEP & Sanctions (KYB / AML support)
Screen companies and key associated persons against applicable PEP and sanctions lists, where accessible. Designed to support compliance workflows that require documentation and structured outputs.
View details →Courts & Insolvency
Information on court cases, insolvency, restructurings and similar negative events, for jurisdictions where these data points are publicly available.
View details →Snapshot overview
A high-level, consolidated panel combining identity, ownership highlights, selected risk indicators and recent events to support quick assessments.
How modules work together
Modules can be used individually or as part of a broader workflow. For example, Profiles offer the legal foundation, Risk complements it with indicators, UBO adds ownership detail, and Monitoring keeps the file up to date.
This modular approach ensures flexibility for compliance, credit, procurement or operational teams working across multiple jurisdictions.
Using data through the API
All modules exposed in the interface can also be accessed programmatically through the API, allowing integration into internal systems, onboarding flows or risk tools.
API endpoints follow the same data structure as the interface, reducing friction when connecting your own applications to K-Check.
Building a consistent view of European companies
K-Check standardises fragmented company information from European registers and public sources, providing a stable and comparable structure for teams that rely on accurate business data.
